I used to think clicker games were just nonsense — you tap the screen, get points, repeat. But lately, I've been seeing how they can serve as a mental break. When work gets stressful, clicking away for a few minutes helps clear my mind. Of course, moderation is everything. Some folks let these games eat up their whole evening. There’s a detailed article I stumbled on recently that digs into this exact topic: https://www.uniindia.com/online-clicker-games-benefit-or-harm-examining-the-impact-of-idle-gaming/press-releases/news/3447527.html. It’s an interesting read and made me rethink a few things. I guess it's all about how you use your time. Clicker games can be harmless fun or a total time drain, depending on how disciplined you are. Personally, I’ll keep using them to de-stress, as long as I don’t lose track of time.
