What are the different methods to access BIOS on Windows 10

Different ways on how to open bios in windows 10:

  • Startup Key – Press a key like F2, Del, or Esc during boot (varies by manufacturer).
  • Advanced Startup – Go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Restart now > UEFI Firmware Settings.
  • Shift + Restart – Hold Shift and click Restart, then follow Troubleshoot > UEFI Firmware Settings.
  • Command Prompt – Run shutdown /r /o /f /t 0 to reboot into Advanced Startup.
  • Manufacturer Tools – Use utilities like Lenovo Vantage or HP Support Assistant to enter BIOS.
  • Error Boot – BIOS may load automatically if the system encounters hardware issues.
