Yes. Fat-soluble vitamins from contract manufacturing supplement. They are needed by the body in small doses. Taking fat-soluble vitamins in large amounts can harm the body and cause toxic reactions. Fat-soluble vitamins include vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K. They are deposited in the liver and fatty tissues of the body. Fat-soluble vitamins are not destroyed during cooking. Therefore, as a rule, a person following a healthy diet gets them from food in sufficient quantities and additional intake of these vitamins is not required.
