Salads are a very good source of nutrients. People take it as a meal if they are on a diet. Salads are of different type. some like it simple and some like it with dressing and toppings. You can also useflax seeds, chia seeds and sunflower seeds as a substitute for pepitas. These seeds are commonly used toppings for salads and contains healthy nutrients.
