I'm currently researching Houses for rent in Greece and would appreciate some guidance from people with experience. I’m particularly interested in affordable long-term rentals in coastal areas or near major cities like Athens or Thessaloniki.

Are there any reliable websites, local agencies, or Facebook groups that you recommend for finding good listings? Also, how easy is the rental process for foreigners, and are utilities usually included in the rent? Any advice on avoiding scams or overpricing would be really helpful as well.
