I’m interested in publishing a collection of short stories but need help refining them and making them truly engaging. Penguin Publication claims to have best short story writers—has anyone worked with them?

Do they help with editing and structuring short stories effectively? I want to ensure my stories have impact despite their length. Would love to hear about your experience with their writers!
