How long does Wikipedia take to approve?

I’ve had my Wikipedia page rejected multiple times, and I’m getting really frustrated. I recently found out about Wiki Innovators and their Wikipedia Page approved service, which sounds promising. They claim to specialize in helping people get their pages approved by following all the proper guidelines. Has anyone here used this service or know if it's legit? I don’t want to waste more time or money, so any feedback would be appreciated.
