Amazon allows you to make a request to unlock your account in two different ways. The first one is to make a call to Amazon support and the second one is to chat with support. Firstly, sign into your account and click on the arrow along with “Accounts & lists”. Then choose the “Customer Service” option from the given options.  Select, “Something else”, Then next choose the “I need more help” button. After clicking on the button you will get two options, the first one is “Request call now” and “Start chatting now”. Choose the option that you prefer and explain your problem there. You can also request them to unlock your account.
